These terms cover your use of ecomvengers.com. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with anything here, the agreement takes precedence.

Using this site

You may read, share and reference the content on this site. You may not copy substantial portions of it for republication, scrape it at scale, or present it as your own work. The EcomVengers name, logo and site design remain our property.

Enquiries and audits

Submitting the form on this site starts a conversation; it does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to proceed. A free audit is exactly that: our assessment of your account, provided without charge and without warranty. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, fees and timelines.

Case studies and results

The case studies on this site describe outcomes for specific clients in specific circumstances, published with their permission. Marketplace results depend on factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, competition, account history and the marketplace’s own policies and algorithms. Past results are not a promise or prediction of what your account will achieve.

Account recovery work

Reinstatement outcomes are decided by the marketplace, not by us. We do not guarantee that a suspended or restricted account will be reinstated, and we will tell you honestly when we believe a case is unlikely to succeed. We do not use, and will not use, deceptive methods or false documentation in any appeal.
