The Strategy: Reinstatement and Scale

Identify the Restriction Type
The wording of an eBay notice tells you which team owns the case and what evidence will actually clear it. This was an account verification hold, not a policy violation and not a VeRO complaint, so the fix was identity and account confirmation rather than an appeal.
